Born and trained in Japan, Chef Takashi began cooking at just 16 years old. His pursuit of culinary excellence led him to Michelin-starred Japanese kitchens in Amsterdam and Bangkok, where he mastered the traditional art of Washoku — the highly disciplined craft behind sushi and sashimi.
He later refined his style working with AMAN Group, becoming the personal chef for the founder’s family and traveling with them to Miami, Ibiza, London, Greece, New York, and more.
